General Information

  • The standard fee for each 50-minute counseling session is $150. This applies to individual, couples, and family sessions. Payment is due at the time of service, and receipts or superbills are provided for insurance reimbursement or Health Savings Account (HSA) / Flexible Spending Account (FSA) purposes.

  • Appointments are available Monday–Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. You can schedule by phone, email, or through our secure contact form.

    • Cancellations: Must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

    • If Tony cancels within 24 hours, your next session is free.

    Street parking is generally available in front of the building, and the office is wheelchair accessible.

  • Yes. Street parking is generally available directly in front of the office.

  • Payments can be made with debit or credit cards, checks, or HSA/FSA cards (if allowed by your provider). Payment is collected at the time of service.

  • Our office does not file insurance claims. We provide receipts or superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider to confirm coverage and submission requirements.

  • Yes! We provide HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients who prefer virtual appointments. Instructions are provided upon scheduling.

Therapy Logistics

  • The number of sessions depends on your goals, concerns, and progress. Some clients see improvement in a few sessions; others benefit from ongoing therapy. Tony will help create a personalized plan.

Symptoms include flashbacks, nightmares, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, and anxiety. PTSD is treatable with trauma-informed therapy, grounding, CBT, and mind-body awareness.
